Solved WP Webinar Plugin... Error: "cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds"

Hello everybody,
I'm going crazy and I can't understand what the problem is with this error when I do the API access test from my wordpress site ... the plugin version is the latest 18.2.3, my 3CX is up to date too to v18 Update 2 ... the api key is correct as well as 3CX public address ... what can be the problem? I am attaching screenshots.

my WP version is 5.9 and i have try to disable mod_security but same result...

Just a small update here, the Wordpress Plugin seems to be working fine on another Wordpress website that we tried with the OP, however we have still not figured out why on their specific WP this is happening.

The running hypothesis is that the timeout error implies that the request is never reaching the 3CX Server because the 3CX Server always replies with something, just haven't figured out what yet.
