Wrong country ringing tone/screensaver settings

Hello, we are using V63 but I'd imagine the issue is on others. The system is in the UK and using UK settings, but the Tone settings are set to United states, so callers get a USA tone when dialling out. Is there any way to fix this without having to go down the custom file route as its for a decent number of phones?


Same with other settings like screensavers, power saving etc we would much prefer to control these via 3CX but only have the most basic settings available (backlight time)

Hi, thanks I can do that fine with the Fanvil settings and I can go in and change each one manually, I just thought perhaps more settings could be controlled from 3CX? Especially the country tone should ideally be picked up from the system region?

Fanvil provide template to 3CX as well as the firmware, maybe they can advise you more on this matter.
