Hi,
We are currently encountering an issue with transferring involving a Yealink T41S device connected via Local LAN to an on-site Windows PC-based 3CX system.
The issue can be characterised as the following:
1. Call comes into extension via Ring Group
2. End User answers call
3. Caller requests to be transferred
4. End User transfers call (Attended Transfer) but other user is not available
5. End User retrieves call
6. Caller requests to be transferred to another extension
7. End User presses 'Transfer' to begin the Attended Transfer process but call is then instantly dropped.
This issue is only affecting one user/extension on the system and is causing inconvenience as the extension operates as part of the Main Switchboard.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated and please do let me know if any additional information is required to progress this further.
