Yealink t53w goes into DND on its own

I have been having an issue with one client that has a yealink T53w phone running on the latest supported firmware that keeps going into DND on its own there are no office hours interfering i have not set any settings to have it go into DND automatically. since i kept having this issue i deleted the extension and set it back up again, It was good for a week and then again it started going into DND on its own multiple times a day, has anyone else had this issue and can can help me out?

Is the extension changing status or just the phone?

Teams/365 sync?

I am not sure if it's just the phone or the extension it was logging the extension out of the queue until I changed the forwarding setting. in the verbose logs i only see logs turning off DND and no logs for it being switched on
