Hi All !

I've successfully provisioned a W70B DECT Base and paired it with x3 W73H DECT IP Phone's.
When testing 'Call Transferring' I was able to perform an 'Attended Transfer' by:
  1. While on a call press 'Options' on the DECT IP Phone.
  2. Dial the number/extension you wish to transfer too.
  3. Attended Transfer is performed as usual.
Question:
Pressing the 'TRAN' (Transfer) button on the DECT IP Phone, defaults to using 'Blind Transfer'.
I would like to know if there is a way of configuring the phones to allow for 'Attended Transfers' when the 'TRAN' button is pressed? The method must allow our instance to still be supported by 3CX. To my current understanding this may not be possible.

Maybe this forum post will give you some more information.

Thank you for the prompt reply ! I did see that post, however I'd prefer not to use an unsupported configuration.

I'm more than happy to inform the customer this specific feature is not possible with the DECT Phones. Unless another supported method is suggested :)
Again much appreciated for the assistance.

In V20 you do have the option to customize this from the PBX however as you know this is not supported and in case support is required you will need to ensure that the default template is used before we proceed with further troubleshooting:
