Hi,

We have the problem with Yealink W80B that when you use 'TRAN' to transfer, then when you would like to take the call back by hanging up the person you want to transfer to, it does transfer instead of taking the first caller back.

From what I understand from Yealink documentation it should only do this when pressing the 'TRAN' button by default (not by on-hook).

I see in the .cfg file that some settings are set:
#Enable or disable the phone to complete the blind or attended transfer through on-hook;
#0-Disabled(default),1-Enabled;
transfer.blind_tran_on_hook_enable = 1
transfer.on_hook_trans_enable = 1

Is it possible to change this somehow?

It would be like having a option as in regular Yealink deskphones with the 'Select transfer method used (Blind or Attended) when you press a DSS key' option. But I do not see this on FXS/DECT.

Anyone else is also running into this?

I'm afraid that there is currently no way to change the value of this parameter through 3CX.

You could possibly make the adjustment on the DECT device configuration directly and then remove the provisioning link from within the device's UI in order to prevent the 3CX configuration from overwriting the changes. Do note though that removing the provisioning link from the device means that you will lose the ability to reprovision the device in order to apply any new changes pushed via 3CX. Also you should bear in mind that we generally do not recommend manual configuration of devices as it will render the device's configuration unsupported.
