Zoho CRM integration with 3CX Free license, or other solution

Hi,

I use Zoho Mail (and a few of their other products) and, obviously, 3CX. I am trying to create a unified contacts list to use between them and Zoho CRM with integration to 3CX seemed like the best bet. After several days researching options, coming to this conclusion, configuration, and testing, I was only able to get it to work by trying the Pro license - which has way more features and functionality than I need as a one person business at the moment. Then I saw how much it would cost to renew after the trial period, and that is way too much for me to pay annually when all I need additionally right now is a unified contact list. I can't figure out if there's a add-on package I could get for the integration, or if I'm missing something when trying the "Open Contact Supported CRM", or if there's some other way of getting the results I'm looking for. I've hit a brick wall with this and any help would be appreciated.

The server-side CRM integration does require Pro/Enterprise. It allows for contact lookup, screen pop, call/chat logging in Zoho.

The Free version doesn't have any of that. The only option called "Open in Supported CRM" will only open a search page with the number prefilled. There's no advanced features or contact syncing or anything like that.

When it's Free, don't expect to get business-grade features.

Just to chime in on the thread, I've got a client on a non-free 3cx instance, and the integration with zoho CRM is working well with his setup / he is very happy with the product / and happy to pay for having such a great tool to support his business and his team.

so, basically - this is possible, it is built in, and - it is only available in paid versions of 3cx. As far as I know.

I never did figure it out with Zoho's CRM, but did find a way to get my contact list in Zoho Mail to sync with my phone contacts by configuring Zoho CardDAV. Since my mobile 3CX app imports from my phone's contacts, that works well enough for me.
