Vista x64 TAPI issue

Hello,

Seems that Vista x64 is not working correctly wiht the TAPI driver of the 3CX client.
I'm not able to select it in the Windows menu "Phone and Modem Options", is this x64 related? and if so are there any solutions to fix this.

Hi

Yes - At the moment the 3CXTAPI driver is installed and registered only on 32 bit OS.

We will notify the 3CX community via the 3CX Voip Client changelog once we start supporting Tapi on 64 bit.

The latest Call assistant has this feature - Tapi on 32 and 64 bit. Download from downloads section http://www.3cx.com

thanks for your Answer. I installed this programm, but when i try to dail vom Outlook 2007 comes a "Windows popzup"

DNS Client has stopped working
Windows is collectiong more information...

i send this information to microsoft ....

New popup

Host Process for Windows Services stopped working and was closed.


i think i have to wait for a non beta :-(

Try and do this again because we have nothing to do with DNS when we make outgoing calls Via tapi.

are you sure you selected 3cxphonesystem as the outgoing tapi interface? (Dialling options in the call interface of outlook)
