    Call routing not working correctly

    I have a random issue that only happens rarely. Every now and then a call is routed to the wrong extension. I have different clients on different trunks and sometimes the inbound call goes to the wrong extension (client). Does this happen to anyone else? And what is the solution?

    Date time stamp on VM emails incorrect

    Hello, I am getting my VM emails which is perfect. All times zones in the system are setup correctly, however, the date time stamp on the VM emails are not correct. Any ideas?
