    I have 3cx installed on windows server installed version 20.0.4.487 (which i believe is prod version / not alpha) my license is listed as: enterprise annual as i understand, to upload cfd call flows, these are in advanced, yet i dont have the option: is this correct?

    yes - email addresses match on the chat setting - i had only required name, changed this to email / name, and i can confirm that now im seeing chat in salesforce Thanks

    ok - chats were routed to a call queue. i have (on my tests) clicked: taken then dealt with (which closed and removed them) on my profile in salesforce - it doesnt list any history for this against my profile? or do i look else where in salesforce?
