    when the user is in AWAY status and setup is done to get the call by Forward external calls to Extension Number 101 But it says cancel when called and hang ups phone. 3cx don't allow to give their own extension when away.?? works with other ext. no....

  4. How to set Out of Office hour Digital Receptionist with same DID for different voice prompt setup or need to change on Holidays?

    Trying to setup Digital receptionist for the office hours and out of office hours for the holiday for different voice prompts accordingly but cannot assign same DID to different DR.
