    Guys I think I have found the Problem... I will test it and give you a feedback. I saw in my XML the phone number are like this: 0000 000 00 00 and snom don't like space between number I try to modify my XML without space...

    Hello John, thx for your feedback. that's correct If I go to the Phonebook.xml I can see all the contact but on the phone I see only other extensions (internal) . oooof I have like ~100 contacts
