Hello Everyone,

I have a 3cx On Prem ver: 16.0.1078 all is up to date -> everything is OK on this side
And of course I have 4 Snom M700 with 28 Dect M65 with the last version 520. B1

my problem is: the"Central Directory" on the M65 only displays the internal contact and not all the contacts.
When I check the contact on 3cx windows Application there is no problem or on my Yealink everything is correct. But not on my Dect M65.

If I test the link with the xml file on the web browser it's correct I see all contact...
Anyone have an Idea ?

-> Reset from 1 phone = NOK
-> all reboot = NOK
-> push an other XML and re-push the original one = NOK
-> push an empty XML -> re-push the Original = NOK

Thank you for your help and have a nice day !

Hi Aurelius

So you are saying that the contacts exist in the provisioning XML, but not all of those appear on the phone?

How many contacts do you have in total (including all the extensions of the PBX) ?

Hello John,

thx for your feedback.

that's correct If I go to the Phonebook.xml I can see all the contact but on the phone I see only other extensions (internal) .

oooof I have like ~100 contacts

Got a similar issue on some Grandstream phones lol but it is a firmware issue in their case.

Ok so not that many, 100 sounds like a reasonable number.

Have the M65 handsets also been updated to the latest firmware provided by Snom?

Yeap I did it today on the 520 B1

Guys I think I have found the Problem... I will test it and give you a feedback.

I saw in my XML the phone number are like this: 0000 000 00 00 and snom don't like space between number I try to modify my XML without space...

Hi Aurelius,

You cannot modify the XML that the PBX generates. The correct way to do it is
to edit phone numbers under Management Console > Advanced > Contacts and find one contact that does not appear on the Snom M65.

Fill in the "Mobile" field of that contact with a number that is contiguous like 123456789 (not 123 456 789 with spaces). Example:

Now reprovision the base (by restarting it) and then check the M65 to see if that contact appeared.

Thx for the tips but I think I can download it in csv + modify and upload it because I will not modify manually all the contact

Yes I meant test one first to confirm, and then do the CSV.
