    I am not sure what you mean by group email. We are using Google Transcription. I did not find anything in the settings that refer to group email. Please help, we want to make sure that only the address related to the user will be getting the notification.

    We have a few "users" which we only use for voicemails. Everything is working fine. However, when a voicemail comes in, everybody in the system is getting the email notification. We are trying to avoid that and make only a specific person get the email. We can not find anywhere to control this.
