OK, so about 2 weeks ago, I had an issue with my 3cx PBX (on a Google Cloud), it suddenly stopped working.
So, I was trying to get it to work again by going to the SSH and trying to stop/start the services, and I was getting "command not found."
I found a post that said I had to re-install Nginx. I tried doing that, and I think that deleted the entire instance.
Since my office had no phones, I had to reinstall the 3cx using the 3cx account.
I installed v20 on a new VM instance on Google.
Unfortunately, I only had an old backup from 2022, which I could not restore due to "no system owner" , so I had to reconfigure everything.
I learned my lesson, and I am now taking backups regularly.
I am now back on my journey of searching for my lost recordings from the old instance.
I still have the VM instance.
How do I locate those recordings and restore them if they exist? (I hope)
PLEASE HELP!!!
