    It turns out I never set any office hours, so that it went to voicemail as the default when the office is closed. The software does not assign any open time for the office until the user does. I can now get the digital receptionist and steer my calls.

    All calls, external or internal go directly to voicemail. My phone never rings. If I hit star, it begins to go to the number, in that I hear music for 1 second, then it goes back to voicemail. I have the SIP trunk info inside of a QSYS VoIP core110f where I can make a call out with no problem...
  4. Adding a Q-SYS softphone as the main phone number

    I am using a Q-SYS Nano softphone to be the main device to receive and make VoIP calls. The softphone is online and can make calls out. Inbound calls get answered by the virtual operator. How can the softphone be the main receiver of incoming calls?
