    I have a PBX that never listed the 9b update as such it has failed to pickup the updated license, all my other pbx's auto applied the 9b update and now i have gone past the date this can apply through the web console.     Yes that’s what I see but the issue is not call history, on the users client they dial 4111 to speak to Fred on the briged pbx then on their client it shows they are calling anne on 111 as it’s stripped the 4 off so it confuses them as they think they have dialed the wrong person.

    That’s what we have always been doing but since two updates ago it shows the contact on the local pbx as the rule removes the prefix so person failed shows on local pbx . Was working fine for 3 years before two updates ago

    Thanks for the information, i have checked and the public IP is enabled and correct. I will have to try and run some packet captures to get further information, although this is a little tricky as it happens for about 5 minute period a couple of times a day at random times.

    I have just tried the web client in Teams and within 3CX, The Teams web client sounded a lot clearer and not crackle where as through the 3CX web client the call was far worse with crackle on the call.

    Thanks, i have already tried a new extension and that has the same issues, i suspect it is not actually the 3cx app having the issues but more the Samsung notification settings somewhere on the devices. Second one many thanks for this i will get the user to try and let you know.
