    Suddenly we can not transfer incoming calls anymore. We are using 3CX v10 SP5 and SPA921 phones. The one you try to transfer to, just get music (onhold). Any ideas ? SP 4/5 ?

    As I said, it is for a special configuration. Only unanswered calls should be directed to 3CX, everything else shall work like an old PSTN setup. My problem is not what I use it for, but why it is not working.
