    So, the only reason to get Enterprise license is for the phone background from my understanding. Nothing else changes for the licensure from professional to Enterprise and Enterprise doesn't even work for what I purchased the upgrade for? Well done 3CX you really tricked me into spending extra...

    It is working now. However it will not accept any format I submit. It is the right format and bit depth but it keeps telling me it's not supported.

    Anyone know why I can't change the background logo when my license is Enterprise? On the license page, it shows Enterprise but on the dashboard page it shows professional instead of Enterprise license.
