    Have updated to the latest 3cx v20. Can not find the option to forward the destination to s system extension called shared parking bay. When I select system extension, I get option of Conference, Ring Groups, and Special Menu.

    I have an android phone. With the 3cx app on android there is a silence feature that can be used when going into a meeting. With the IOS 3cx app this feature does not appear. Am I missing something?

  8. Phone button provisioning

    Unless I change the provisioning url, (as was suggested above) periodically the phone re-provisions and the custom button that was manually programmed is wiped out. It is now blank. Then you have to go back in and manually program the button again. I guess a custom template is the best solution

    Can the fax server send a single DID faxed document to multiple email addresses? Under "Default email address" I would like to be able to enter "address1, address2, address3"

    Had to go into yealink phones and change dtmf to rfc2833+sip info in order to get phones to put out dtmf recognized on outbound calls. Once this was changed, everything works except the "*" dtmf. Customer has a client whose autoattendant asks them to dial * for their directory. Does not work...
