Yes .. just the one extension which is permanently forwarding to an outside number to produce a fixed caller ID .. all other extensions to present originator caller ID.
The problem is the other way around .. we already have originator caller ID implemented .. but for this one extension we want the one same number to always present regardless of where the call originates.
Awesome .. many thanks Vasilis .. that works a treat :-)
It seems like the exception rules override the general rules for Available and DND above? Otherwise it is unclear what settings to put for Internal Calls forward when DND etc etc ..
We need an internal extension to always forward to an external number during business hours.
But after hours we want the extension to forward to a different external number.
There is no phone registered on the extension.
Is this forwarding possible?
Update .. yes this was a setting with our Trunk provider where a box was ticked to "block expensive overseas calls" .. many thanks for sending me in the right direction @leejor.
Call attempts to Jordan (country code 962) get a please enter your password prompt ..
.. even though we have ENABLED calls to Jordan under Security-AllowedCountryCodes AND we have NOT enabled Pin Protect under Extension-Options
Other countries can be dialed without problem.
Thank you Charles .. that is probably exactly the case .. didn't notice the white line before re-creating the extension, but a week ago I was testing the *61 *60 feature which to me didn't seem to work so I possibly left it in the *61 state.

We have a Fanvil X210 phone with firmware 2.2.13, connecting to local 3CX PBX running version 16 on Debian Linux.
The first 10 BLF keys configured for the Extension in the 3CX appear on the phone in a main display section, and all work ok...
The problem we have is that our backup server is on the same network, and if the SIP services are running on it, the Trunk registers and this seems to interfere with the active PBX after about 6 hours, and both inbound and outbound calls start failing on the main PBX.
So it looks like I have to...
By inspection of RestoreCmd.log the Restore did not run at all .. ie it did not start.
The "Enable Failover" is not selected, so the 3CX is neither Active or Passive?
A schedule restore does not run as reported, and also a manual restore will not run - unless the W10 o/s is restarted.
