  1. Yealink T46G CTI and headset for outgoing calls

Hi Panayiotis, thank you for your answer. I have asked the same question to Yealink already http://forum.yealink.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=40822 Maybe I am lucky and someone has experience with this. Best regards Frank
  2. Yealink T46G CTI and headset for outgoing calls

Hi Panayiotis, We experience the same behaviour for varios Bluetooht Headsets, connected via the Bluetooth Dongle. as well as the officical Yealink YHS32, connected via a normal cord attached to the headset port. The Bluetooth headsets do have function buttons, but we were not successfull in...
  3. Yealink T46G CTI and headset for outgoing calls

Hi, we running into the following issue making calls using CTI with a connected headset: The telephone will dial the number, but it will switch from the headset (same behaviour for cord headset YHS32 and bluetooth headset) to the speakerphone. The headset led is active (green) and than goes...
  4. Multiple extensions with same CID for internal calls

Hi, we have several places, where we need multiple phones to send the same CID to other extensions. While this can easily be configured for external calls (edit extension details in 3cx "outgoing number), I looks to be quite difficult for internal calls, as those are not effected by the changes...
  5. Daylight savings

Same issue here. I changed the provisioning-template to "2", automatic.
  6. best way to connect a single analogue fax

Hi asmith3006, thanks a lot. This sounds nice. I suppose you connect them to a SIP-trunk which supports T38? Or you access the PSTN via a second gateway? Best regards Frank
  7. best way to connect a single analogue fax

You provision FXS gateways using 3cx? Or do you for any reason directly enter the sip trunk credentials into the FXS gateway for your analogue faxes? Best regards Frank
  8. best way to connect a single analogue fax

Hi ccomley, thanks a lot for your answer. We have a couple of M-ATAs in use. We use them for some door-voice systems and some notifications bells and flashes. They work fine. You can use SIP phones just fine. Just Fax doesn't work. But perhaps this is because, we are not connected via a SIP...
  9. Using Windows Server 2008 to send faxes

Hi, 3cx can recieve fax via email very nicely. We rout some of those emails directly to printers, but most stay emails. This works great. Now we are choosing a service to send fax. I know, that windows server 2008 could do the job, but all the support docs are many years old and it looks like...
  10. best way to connect a single analogue fax

Okay. I guess it is just the other way round: T38 is not supported by many devices. Manufactures have given up on trying to bridge analogue and digital. You use a fax-service for sending faxes (like Microsoft fax server or some Fax-as-a-Service providers).
  11. best way to connect a single analogue fax

One question regarding T38: Is this a common feature? It looks to me. On amazon.de searching for "fax T38" gives zero reults. on amazon.com just one fax machine is retrieved. So I assume, that T38 is so commonplace, that nobody even mentions it anymore. Is this correct? So I can be like 95% sure...
  12. best way to connect a single analogue fax

Hi leejor, thanks for your answer. Any recommendation for the smallest/cheapest reliable adapter? We just need one line. We even have some issues with analogue faxes connected directly to the analogue PSTN :S . Some target outgoing numbers won't work on some machines (very new fancy ones)...
