    No, this is what i did: we had 3cx v15.5 in one of the servers and i wanted to upgrade it to v18. I installed v18 in new server. Took a backup of current system and then restored it to a new one. I turned off old system as well during this. After restore, my deskphones were not communicating...

    It is registration based. I can see it got registered as well in Console. Provider is Callcentric

    I just upgraded my 3cx system to v18. It works for incoming calls but doesn't work on outbound calls. I get 403 forbidden call failed in my desk phone and with email, i see the error 403 Incorrect Authentication. If i revert back to my old version, it works fine. Any thought?
