    Hi. So I went through the process. I still cannot get my logo to show but for some reason now the 3CX logo shows. It didn't before. Also... when logging directly into the phone there is no option to upload/update the phone screen image. Thanks,

    Hello, I have both Fanvil 5S and 5U phones. Neither will show the custom logo on the screen. I have tried using all sorts of variations to make it work. I've followed the specs posted here as well: https://www.3cx.com/docs/ip-phone-background-logo/ Am I missing something? Thanks, Ernst.
