    We had this issue as well with our front desk people. We fixed it by changing: transfer.dsskey_deal_type = 2 changed to transfer.dsskey_deal_type = 0

    This is a problem for me as well. I didn't know they took out the ability to record longer than 120 seconds until after I upgraded. It's common for people in my industry to leave very long and technical voicemails.

  5. Implemented Ability to set a Caller ID for Outbound Calls

    This would be useful for me as well. My company has multiple sub-companies in the same office space so we've had to make our outbound Caller ID blank/neutral rather than identifying the specific company making the call.
