    we have a client who has a 3CX PRO 8 SC Self Hosted Trial and has decided they don't require the functionality of Pro and want to use the SMB Free self Hosted option. Can you advise if this is possible? Will letting the Pro version expire change it to the Free version?

    We didn't receive the email notifying us of this, can you confirm the email it was sent to? The system is only used by 6 users, how can we downgrade once a new licence is purchased/? or can we use a trial version?

    Your Subscription expired on 31/03/2025. Without subscription you lose access to important features Trying to relicense and when try to renew says cannot find the subscription Any assistance greatly appreciated.
