    Hello How can we change the hold music for the shark parking lots? Currently it's playing the default 3CX hold music, not the music that we have chosen.

    Hello How can we transfer a call to a shared park? We have tried using the transfer button on the phone and pressing the shared park button but it comes up with an invalid dial plan error. Using Grandstream GXP2160 phones. Is there a better way to do it and utilise the BLF keys?

    Hello I am running macOS Sierra. Client version is 15.1.0.66. As far as I am aware we are running the latest PBX software. I am unsure as to where to find the latest service pack of V15. Extension to extension calls are also delayed. I have also done the latest updates in the PBX also.
