  2. Calls failing to Android Client

We currently have an Axis Intercom installed as one of our extensions, manually configured And it's directly registered to 3CX on AWS and sits on our office network. Calls from it route to my Extension and calls work perfect on Desk phone and Web Client and Windows PWA But if i answer the call...
  3. V20 Call Queue Overflow when Busy

Thanks for the reply. This particular one just doesn't seem to fit into the boxes that 3cx allows. The client has a rotating reception / call taker. They don't really need the queuing functions of a dedicated queue as they don't have the vall volume. But in the case of a second caller while the...

    Group I/O would be ideal
  5. V20 Call Queue Overflow when Busy

Not at all in this use case. Unless there's a way for users to log in and log out of a Call Group from the deskphone.
  6. V20 Call Queue Overflow when Busy

Given that. An option for "when all agents are busy", would be nice.
  7. V20 Call Queue Overflow when Busy

They would like the calls to overflow immediately if all agents are busy, or no-one is in the queue (designated receptionist on lunch). From the How To Ring time: set the maximum time in seconds that a call should...
  8. Rename "Shared Parking" BLF

  9. Rename "Shared Parking" BLF

How can we change the BLF naming "SP0" to be "Park 0", "Park 1" etc. Casual users don't understand what "SP0" is.
  10. NetSIP - Caller ID for Forwarded call.

It's still not resolved. We've proven that NetSIP will take whatever we send it We still need to get 3CX to send the correct data.
  11. NetSIP - Caller ID for Forwarded call.

After some further testing, We have confirmed that our account will accept any CLI from 3CX to the trunk that we wish to present We can put any valid number in the Default outbound caller ID and the call will work. So it's not the carrier blocking the ID, we're just not presenting it to them...
  12. NetSIP - Caller ID for Forwarded call.

    Yes.
  13. NetSIP - Caller ID for Forwarded call.

    No change
  14. NetSIP - Caller ID for Forwarded call.

Capture from 3CX of the invite between 3CX and my mobile with settings above
  15. NetSIP - Caller ID for Forwarded call.

Sadly, it is not. Am I missing anything? both the trunk and the 3CX are configured with ONSN number formats Does anything need to be defined in the Default CallerID box?
