    We have started using just softphones in our office and it would be great if the application could be brought to the front WITHOUT the press enter option, so we can see who is calling. It has happened to many times that I have pressed enter when doing something else and picked up a call before...

  2. Using Keyboard Numbers for Options

    Hi there, We are using our phones in CTI mode. Is it possible to be able to use the numbers on the keyboard when being prompted at an options menu? I'm sure we used to be able to but haven't been able to recently, now I'm wondering if I'm going slightly crazy! Thanks, James
