    Thank you all. I am following the instructions on this page. I get to point 2.3 bu my DID button is greyed out. I assume this is where I am meant to add my DID number but dont know why it is greyed out. If someone can help please? Thanks, see attached.

    We have our own 3CX system and are now gathering a number of digital agencies to work together on projects as we as customer support. We are trying figure out how we can forward a call from one 3CX system's extension number to another 3CX's extension number please? Many thanks

    Finally got everything running and able to make outbound calls since Saturday but as of today, when I make outbound calls, after 3 rings, the call just ends.
