Not able to log into instance

Hi.

Just finished setting up Google instance, was reading documentation and applying changes and all of a sudden not able to load the instance.

Last thing I did was change the static IP address. I have tried accessing the instance from my phone (after reading blacklisting posts) and sent it onto a colleague who works remotely and she too cannot load the page.

Also asked 3CX chat person to try it and they said to come to the forums for support.

What do I need to add here for help?

Can you access the system via IP instead of fqdn

When you change the static IP address, depending on what version of 3CX you are running it can take 6hrs for IP change to be replicated to the fqdn

It loads in my browser but not in anyone else's browser. I am wonder if the static IP address change I made is the reason for it? Kicking anyone else out?

I am not able to log in however to undo the changes. If I try log in, I get this error.
"Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator."

Googling that, I see it is too many login attempts but the thing is I was logged in at the time and I still have my PBX creation screen open in front of me from where I copy and paste the login details.

Is there a way to delete my instance and start again? I need to get this up and running today.

Hi,

If this is hosted in your own Google Cloud Platform account, you can simply go to VM instances under Compute Engine and delete the machine.

You can always access the 3CX management console using https://publicIP:5001 provided you kept the default ports. This also requires that the appropriate ports are open in the Firewall rules of the VM in the Compute Engine interface.
