    Depends on what firewall you have on site. It's WAY more work that just putting an SBC on site. I would highly advise just putting an SBC on site. If it's a small location just put one Router phone and connect the others to it. Here's the info on GC Site to Site VPNs...

    Creating a Department is the way I've done this. Assign the DID to the Department and then you have the call forwarding rules you need

    This can be done by creating a Department and routing the DID through the Department. I have also had to do this for several clients.

    Strange behavior though. When I click on the main screen icon, it appears in the "off" position with a line through it. Then the action button changes to "Ringer on" I don't have an issue with it, I've always used the action menu and never had a problem. Les

    Just noticed what might be a bug. My ringer shows OFF in one menu and ON in the other. If I toggle either switch, the other goes opposite.
