    Thank you for the replies, I have changed my settings and investigated the log file like you suggested however I am not seeing any errors being logged. Does this mean the issue is not with my 3CX configuration but with my Salesforce setup instead?

    I am having an issue with call journaling in Salesforce. My integration is successfully looking up contacts (I have verified this through the TEST button on the integration page, also the CRM during a call is linking properly). It's just not creating a call journal on the salesforce contact record.
