    Yes, this is what I thought also. Except it is happening with all mobile numbers called from the desk phone. Using the same extension from the WebClient does not prompt.

    Also, it was just noted that it is only happening when calling mobile numbers and not landline numbers.

    We are having an issue with one of our phones. When the caller dials out, before the call is connected they are hearing a audio prompt to press a key (3, 5 or 6 random) to connect the call. This is only happening with calls originated from the desk phone and not the web client or mobile app...
