    End call is fine, if it is after hours... I have https://nucleus.com/ answering for me, its an AI that answers basic questions and routes appropriately - I have a DID on the system going to my desk that only certain people know... etc. Thanks.

    @KyriacosS_3CX - Why does the image show faded during open hours, and during closed hours it does not show as active? This addresses routability if I choose to allow calls inbound from the chat? What does this have anything todo with the chat?

    actually the 3cx chat capability is still a problem - its the firewall rules is what i meant was fixed. its passing now. still need to address the office hours and things not working correctly.

    Can you please speak a bit more clearer? I don't understand you. I have a Proxmox server, and have downloaded the ISO. It says the license is going to renew in November, and I assumed that means I have to purchase a license then. I've been reading also on the website that its only a 2 month...

    New install, seen free, was all over it, now I'm seeing that startup isn't a thing anymore and it won't be free after 2 months. Will I be required to buy the license? Was hoping on using this platform for businesses too, and whatnot. Thanks in advance, folks
