    Hello, all, I made an attempt to upgrade the current (integrated with Vtiger 7.3.0) 3CX PBX from v18 to v20, but it failed. So, I am wondering, is it possible to install a new VM with 3CX PBX v20, and after that to apply backup on it from the current PBX (v18)? Any ideas will be appreciated.
