  1. v10 remote calling keeps timing out at 32 seconds

    Hi. I have a remote worker who uses the myphone and softphone. Incoming calls work fine with no time out occuring ,but when she dials out the call is terminated at 32 seconds. any ideas. Cheers

  2. dialing through myphone than soft phone--HOT KEYS

    Hi I use v10. When I select a phone number to dial from my screen I hit F11, which places the number in the myphone screen. I than hit enter which prompts the softphone to start dialing. Is there a hot ket to hang up the call?. cheers

  3. myphone dialing music playing not dial tone

    As described when dialing from myphone to softphone it plays music instead of a dial tone. Any ideas how to replace music withy dial tone?
