    Thanks for that. every bit helps. So none of the Outbound rules appear to be dedicated to any department - all have blank entries for that: I cant see or know of anywhere the SIP would be specifically assigned to a particular dept.

    As I am reading it, and from an initial safeguard I have deselected Show call recording on the sensitive users (Owner and head of HR) like so: I think the next thing I would need to do to remove the possibility of cross department managers having access to other department manager recordings...
