    +1 it's one thing to not sync it with different phones, but even the very own 3CX app only shows an entry whith mobile number. Whenever the mobile number is empty the entry is not visible in the 3CX app Contacts?? Why not?

    Also looking into that, but it would be nice to do this without CRM integration. I notice users are suprised this info is not there and we need to do additional work (investement) to make this happen.

Whenever a customer is called by one of the engineers and this call is not answered by the customer the customer calls back and this call...

    +1 any news? I stopped reading after a post from 2006 saying it will be implemented..... Adding the optional Ountbound Caller ID to an Outbound Rule would be a very big +!!

  7. MOH after transfer from queue to VM

    Made a callflow with the callflowdiesigner. When an incoming call is transferred from "Prompt Playback" to an extension voicemail a short MOH clip is played. I have added three seconds of silence in the beginning of the MOH music but I still hear the short clip of MOH. Also restarted all...
