    Thank you for the reply what will happen if I removed the phone from Auto provisioning why is it not recommended. and when setting up blf in 3cx does this do it on the expansion module or the phone it self?

    I have a hosted 3cx pro that is running. The expansion module configuration keeps wiping out every few week and then I have to login to every single phone and upload the config file. can someone help me as to what might be going on?

    I am unable to find the option to enable multicast under users >> phone provisioning. however I do have a ring group setup for multicast. I am wondering our pbx is hosted and not same network does that matter? phones are set with SBC. open to suggestions. currently using paging and it takes 5...
