    Hi - I can't find where to upload new hold music. I don't like the default much. Is this not possible in SMB Free edition?
  2. Automatically set users to away rather than do not disturb outside office hours

    I'd read that in the user schedule options there is an option to set the user status as away outside office hours. I can't see this - I just get all the users set to 'Do Not Disturb'. Is this a limitation in 3CX Free or am I missing something? I'd rather have the phones go to an 'away' status...

    I set up the T53W that way, and it reports itself in 3CX as being set up as a router phone. So I'm pretty sure that the T53W is set up right (and it appears to be working in all respects - making and receiving calls and messages etc...).

    It's the free 3CX instance hosted by 3CX. I understood that I either needed an SBC or I needed one phone set up as a router phone (which then provides that service).
