I'd read that in the user schedule options there is an option to set the user status as away outside office hours. I can't see this - I just get all the users set to 'Do Not Disturb'.
Is this a limitation in 3CX Free or am I missing something?
I'd rather have the phones go to an 'away' status.
Also I can't find an option to set a vacation mode for a user. If I use the automated status changing, then every user is marked available every business day - and I would like to be able to alter that if someone is on vacation.
