    Bianca: With this release, can i get a document showing which features that have been added are apart of which SKU. An example is the logos on the phones. For that feature, we are required to have an enterprise license. What other features require the enterprise license? --Tracy

  7. Do I need inbound firewall rules when I use a Cloud solution of 3CX?

    If using STUN, you would have to open the inbound ports required for each phone. If you switch to the SBC, it is NAT capable and you shouldn't need to open any inbound ports. --Tracy

    I have a small office that I upgraded to SP5. I also have a patton FXO gateway attached to the PBX with 4 analog lines. When i run the report, I am getting the port numbers from the patton listed back with calls and not the DIDs associated with it. Is there something I have to do to correct...

    Nicky: Believe you me I have been trying to get there the last 3 updates. It is tiring to keep modifying templates on each update and update all of the phones accordingly. On the otherhand, I can't remove features staff have and use just because of updates. --Tracy
