    "We have put it back for now" Does this mean there is a hotfix coming, I don't see it in the list. I have a new device to add, going forward we will have to supply a new model, although there are othe rmodel in the list that are EOL Yealink model, under generic.

    What is the recommended role for a company's tenant? I would have thought the naming of "Department Administrator" would be the one, but looking at the permissions, it has less than Manager, so should it just be Owner? Being that the below is in order of permission.

    There is no restore option for Departments\Customers. It is an overall restore, plus the FQDN would be dif unless you used the same from the customer you are migrating.
