    Nevermind on my issue. Turned out the phone itself was still in DND, even though I had the user dial the DND off code (and heard it confirmed through another mobile phone on speaker). Found it in the phone's web page settings.

    I'm having the same problem as of today. The user had not previously had this issue. When I call the phone (Cisco SPA303, others in the office work), it rings once or not at all and goes straight to VM, regardless of whether I call through the SIP trunk or from another internal extension.
