  1. Leave message while in queue

    Hello all I was expecting our callers to be able to leave a voice message by pressing "2" (on our IVR) while in the queue if they were fed up with waiting. However, this doesn't seem to work and I can't see anything I need to change. Can anyone make any suggestions please? TIA Andrew
