    i install new elastix ver Elastix-2.3.0-i386-bin-02Apr2012 and i add call center module i configure the user and password for manager how can i add the agents to call center ? there is no option in call center gui

    how can i do a action when the extension is busy and different action when is no unavailable. for example call came in from pstn , ivr1 answer and caller type 5 to transfer to extension 200 if extension 200 busy the caller transfer to ivr2 else the extension ring 30 sec and transfer to ivr-3...
