fax on elastix 2.4 32bit

i install elastix 2.4 32bit - the fax not show all incoming fax.

the fax recived by elastix and send to user email but not all fax show in elastix Fax Viewer.
(i see fax000000333 fax000000332 fax000000328 fax000000326 but whan i see in my mailbox i see fax000000331 and fax000000329)

in fax folder (console)i see all fax.
