Solved Unable to answer using the pop up -> "Answer" (Windows-PWA) 3CX v20

When our client tries to answer by clicking the tab shown in the attached image, nothing happens.

All settings are correct, and push notifications are enabled in the browser.

Could you point me to what might be causing this?

Hi, is this a chrome browser running version 132.0.6834.111 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

Check it is under that version please.

We are experiencing the same issue since the update to Chrome version 132.0.6834.84. Could you please confirm if there is a known bug and if 3CX recommends using version 132.0.6834.111?

Hi @martijn_sanders I tested my system v20 sp4 and it works with the last update of chrome 132.0.6834.111 (Build oficial) (64 bits) , got the notification and clicking the answer button it opens the pwa and answer the call. Looks like chrome broke something in the previous one.

Thanks for you fast response, we have now provided for a test user the Chrome Browser with the update to 132.0.6834.111 /rights PWA have been reset and we will now test it further.
