Placed on Hold Call Back

Apple currently will provide for automatic callbacks when a caller [me] is placed on hold with an outgoing iOS based phone call. Does 3CX have any capability to do this for my office staff who make calls and spend very long time on hold? If not maybe a future feature suggestion. Thanks.

You can use the Call Parking feature where there is option after specific time to foward calls to external number among other options available:

No, 3CX doesnt have "hold assist"
